Held in one of America’s most historic cities on the beautiful coast of South Carolina, join us for the 38th annual Charleston Cup Gymnastics Invitational!
Event Finals Session – Custom Athlete Leotard – Coaches Gift
You are cordially invited to attend the 38h Annual Charleston Cup Gymnastics Invitational to be held at the North Charleston Convention Center. Come and enjoy the southern hospitality in what Conde’ Naste and Travel and Leisure Magazines have ranked as the Number 1 place to visit in the US for multiple years in a row. Please join us as we celebrate our 36th Anniversary Meet. Last year’s Charleston Cup consisted of over 2,000 athletes from across the US. Participants have included foreign teams as well as US National Team Members. Each competing gymnast in this years’ cup will receive a commemorative Charleston Cup Leotard and all registered coaches will receive a unique Charleston Cup memento.
By popular demand we will once again be hosting EVENT FINALS for USAG Levels 6-10 as well as Xcel Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire, with an additional set of custom awards for the athletes. Please note that the ENTRY DEADLINE is December 8th, 2026, however for the last several years the meet has filled by early September. In order to provide the highest quality meet for you and your athletes, all entries will be accepted on a first come basis. No refunds of any type after December 8, 2026. Substitutions or level changes will be accepted on a space available basis. Meet schedule and all meet information will be posted on the website by January 18, 2027.

North Charleston Convention Center - The Convention Center is just a short ride from the historic downtown district, the beautiful beaches, Tanger Outlet Mall and the Charleston International Airport.

The Charleston Cup will include USAG Women’s Developmental Levels 1 through 10 and XCEL Bronze through Sapphire.

All sessions of the Charleston Cup are judged by NAWGJ Brevet, National and Level 10 rated officials.

All sessions will be divided in 3-4 equal age groups based on birthdays with 50% of places awarded for event and 100% AA. Event and all-around winners will receive our custom Charleston Cup medals. Team awards will be given to the 1st – 3rd Place Teams in each level. High School Senior Recognition will be done during awards ceremonies.

Levels 6-10/Open, XCEL Gold-Platinum-Diamond: $ 140.00
Compulsory Levels 2-5, XCEL Bronze and Silver: $ 125.00
Team Entry Fee: $75.00 per level – top three scores

To register now, you will need to go to the USA Gymnastics Reservation System. Look for the 2027 Charleston Cup and register the athletes and coaches that will be attending. An invoice for your entry will be sent to you by Oct. 1st which must be paid no later than by Oct. 15th, 2027.
If you need additional time to register in the reservation system, please send us an email to: charlestoncup@gmail.com with your club contact information, club number and estimated number of athletes per level and we will hold those spaces for you until September 15th at which time they must be registered in the USA Reservation System.
Please remember only scratches received in the USAG Reservation System prior to December 8th will be refunded. After December 8th all change requests need to be emailed to CharlestonCup@gmail.com and they will be accepted on a space available basis only.
